(RPS) is purposely formed to provide the technical Asset Management Services to the financial institutions involved in the Operating business and to institutions / industries interested in outsourcing the Operation and Maintenance of their machinery assets.RPS offers its clients the right blend of Management and Technical expertise in Operation & maintenance of specially but not limited to Power Generation Equipment. 1. RENTAL DIVISION-POWER GENERATION :
RPS is the asset manager for leading financial institutions and is operating large fleet of generators. Increase in our fleet size day by day shows the satisfaction of our clients and their trust in our products and services. We offer following value added packages to our customers, however we are always open for the customization of our offerings.
o Diesel generators from 40 kVA to 500 kVA on Rental Basis to meet your emergency needs.
o Diesel / Gas Power House from 500 kVA to 3 MW on long term operating lease in collaboration with our Principals. Offer complete turn key solution from supply to installation and from operation to maintenance.
2. SALES DIVISION - POWER GENERATION :
RPS deals in sales of brand new generators of Chines, European and Japanese origin. We offer following products ex-stock:
o Exclusive Distributor for Cummins Power Generation, UK Gas business
o Gas Generator available rating 315 kw,1160 kw, 1540 kw,1750 kw,2000kw.
o 2 kVA to 10 kVA Petrol Generators.
o 12 kVA to 20 kVA Diesel generators from AKSA and ELEMAX, Japan.
o 20 kVA to 2000 kVA Diesel generators from FG Wilson, UK powered by Perkins engines/ AKSA POWER/Cummins.
o Soundproof Diesel generators in Imported Canopy from HIMOINSA, Spain
3. SOLAR WORK :
At RPS Rafay Power Solution, we specialize in harnessing the power of the sun to provide sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions. Our expert team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solar installations that are tailored to meet the unique energy needs of each client. From residential to commercial projects, we offer a full range of services including system design, installation, and maintenance.

4. ELECTRICAL PANELS & ACCESSORIES :
We have in house facility for designing and manufacturing all type of electrical panels including but not limited to the following;
• Auto Main Failure (AMF)
• Auto transfer Switch (ATS)
• Automatic Battery charger
• Engine Protection Charger
• AVR Manufacturing and Repairing
• Manual Change Over Switch
• Distribution Panel
• Manual & Automatic Synchronizing.
5. OPERATION & MAINTENANCE SERVICES-OUTSOURCING VENDOR :
RPS is outsourcing vendor for the institutions interested in outsourcing O&M of their machinery assets specially Power Generation Equipment. Following is the brief of our O&M service package which can be customized according to the requirement;
o Operation of generators by skilled operators at site and backup staff for emergency and routine maintenance.
o Periodical and Pro-Active maintenance as per manufacturer recommendation.
o Fixed monthly charges for consumables, operators, maintenance and trouble shooting.
o Stock of emergency spares to minimize the down time of equipment.
6. GENUINE SPARE & CONSUMABLES :
RPS is reseller of Genuine Spares and Consumables for following’
o Genuine FG Wilson Spares for Perkins Engines
o Genuine FG Wilson Filters for Perkins Engines
o Genuine Fleet Guard filters for Cummins, Perkins and Other engine
7. Installation & Commissioning of Generators/Machinery & Building Electrical work :
Complete installation services starting from transportation & placement of equipment to final commissioning, including all civil, mechanical and electrical work

8. ENGINE & MACHINERY REBULIDS/OVERHAULS :
Top and Major overhauls are carried out by the skilled team of technicians, strictly according the manufacturer’s recommendation. All engine rebuilds are covered under warranty for the period of 180 hours under certain conditions.

9. ALTERNATOR/ MOTOR WINDING REPAIRS :
Alternator re-winding, re-insulation, servicing and other alternator repairs are carried out according to the standards by qualified and licensed team of electrical technicians. We are using 99.99 % copper wire with RB light international standard insulation.

10. DESIGNING & FABRICATION SERVICES :
We have in house facility for designing and fabrications of following sheet metal items related to Power Generation equipment, and hence provide us the flexibility to offer one window solution;
• Sound attenuated and weather proof enclosures for generators.
• Exhaust silencers and exhaust systems.
• Electrical Panels and DBs.
• Galvanized sheet steel ladder and perforated Cable Trays
• Lighting poles / Towers
• Galvanized Supporting Structures.
11. PARTS FABRICATION/MOLDS :
We are professional of fields in fabrication/ Mold parts with cast-iron, Gunmetal, Silver and all types of Mattel as per the parts requirements.

12. METAL LOCKS (WITHOUT WELDING) :
Repair cracks & Damage in cast Iron without welding, Marine, Industrial, Power Plant, Generator, Vehicle Engine, Mill Machine, Compressor body & Cylinder Head.
